10 pound tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3/4 cup green peppers, chopped
2 1/2 cup chopped onions
2-3 jalepenos
3 Anaheim peppers
2 T minced garlic
3 T pickling salt or table salt
1/2 - 1 Y Crushd red pepper
1-2 T Ground cumin
1 T Chili powder
1 tsp tobasco sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
Put in a big pot. Boil to desired consistency.
Put in jars and seal.
